Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product

To ensure a smooth process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening the package. This helps us verify any issues quickly.


Important Conditions

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • After 48 hours, no return or replacement request will be accepted

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost
  • In case of a confirmed defective or wrong product, Bagistry will reimburse shipping charges at its discretion

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, you will be asked to share your bank details for refund
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Minor thread or finishing variations that do not affect usability
