Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
To ensure a smooth process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening the package. This helps us verify any issues quickly.
Important Conditions
- The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- After 48 hours, no return or replacement request will be accepted
Return Process
- Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost
- In case of a confirmed defective or wrong product, Bagistry will reimburse shipping charges at its discretion
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, you will be asked to share your bank details for refund
- Refunds are typically processed within 5β7 business days after approval
Non-Returnable Cases
- Change of mind
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Minor thread or finishing variations that do not affect usability
